Text Box: We want you!
Please call or e-mail us if you are interested in any of our volunteer opportunities.

Spanish Translator:  Please consider using your bilingual skills to help us assist all residents in our area.

Court Monitor: Spend a few hours every week being our “eyes and ears” in the community courts!  All you need to do is take notes on certain cases and report the information to us.  We take it from there!  Training will be provided.

Speaker—Victim or Family Member—If you are a victim or a family member of a victim that was killed or injured by a drunk driver, this is an ideal opportunity to possibly help prevent another person from experiencing what you have gone through.  We are looking for speakers that are willing to share their story.  The insight you provide could stop someone from drinking and driving

Speakers-General: If you enjoy public speaking, you can speak to various groups and schools about the MADD organization, the dangers of drinking and driving and underage drinking.

Membership:  If you want to help or have ideas and are willing to put in the time and effort to implement those ideas,  you can help us increase public awareness and membership.

General Office: Our hours are 9-5, Monday through Friday.  If you are available to come into the office on a regular basis we have a variety of general office and computer tasks that you could help us with.  Some of the work could possibly be done at your home.

Public Awareness—Advertising:  We want to be sure that as many people as possible know that MADD is there for them when they need us.  We need volunteers to pick a police station and/or hospital in their area.  Then, every two or three weeks, stop in to replenish the MADD brochures at that location.

Membership Mailing: You would fold, staple, sort and stamp our general mailings, one or two partial or full days at our office every three months.

DAS Registrar:  Approximately one hour per month.  You would sign in attendees at our Driver Awareness Sessions, 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., one evening a month at a location near you!

The Mission of MADD is to

stop drunk driving,

support the victims of this violent crime

and prevent underage drinking.
